Wood Hughes is the first Realtor®
in Metro Atlanta to earn both the Accredited Land Consultant
(ALC) designation and the Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) designation. Both are considered the highest
professional designations in their specialty areas of
real estate. He graduated from the University of Alabama.
After eleven years of radio and advertising, he got into
real estate sales in 1983. Starting in new home marketing,
he learned to build and sell new homes, listed and sold
millions of dollars of resale homes, relocated hundreds
of families from across the country and abroad, and has
successfully worked with banks and the Federal Government
in disposing of foreclosure properties. He has also taken
raw land through the rezoning process to closing for single
family residential, multifamily residential and commercial
uses.
Wood has been recognized for sales achievements and has
been a speaker at International Real Estate conferences.
Since 1998, he’s been acknowledged by Marquis’
Who's Who in America. In 2005, he was awarded "Member
of the Month" by the Atlanta Commercial Board of
Realtors®.
