Wood Hughes is the first Realtor in Metro Atlanta to earn
both the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation and the Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Both are considered the

He graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in communication.
He became involved in real estate sales in 1983 after eleven years of radio and advertising.

After 31 years in education – the last fourteen as a middle school principal – Gloria Adams Hughes retired to become the Treasurer and Client Service Specialist. She is responsible for continuing client and customer service, follow-up, and the depth of research needed for each piece of property evaluated. She brings years of expertise with people, government agencies, and the use of data to our business.
Cindy Everett brings years of experience working in the transportation industry and most recently with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GADOT). As Research Assistant, she is responsible for finding the information required to assure our clients and customers that we continue to be able to provide a world class marketing program to help them accomplish their objectives.
